Since 2009 Raj has authored or led CAQA Resources' nursing, health and community services library: learning and assessment resources for thousands of units of competency across the HLT, CHC and related training packages, from Certificate I to Graduate Diploma, plus curriculum, learning and assessment materials for bachelor's and master's level nursing and health programs.
Each product carries learner guides, assessment tools, marking guides and mapping documents. She is accountable for their clinical accuracy, their mapping to unit and learning outcome requirements, and their currency against training package and course changes, and she leads validation, moderation and audit of health and aged care assessment tools against the Standards for RTOs.
